💰 Refund Policy
Since our products are freshly made-to-order perishable food items, we have a specific refund policy:
Eligible for Refund
- Damaged in Transit: Severely damaged box or crushed laddus = full refund or replacement.
- Wrong Item: Different variant received = free correct order sent.
- Quality Issue: Rancid or spoiled product = full refund (contact within 24 hours with photos).
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Natural variations in size, shape, colour or taste (normal for homemade).
- Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery.

Free Cancellation Window
✅ Cancel for 100% refund within 12 hours of placing the order, if batch preparation hasn't started.
After 12 Hours
- If preparation has begun: 30% processing fee applies.
- If already shipped: cancellation not possible.
- COD orders refused at delivery: customer may be blacklisted from future COD.
